2. Our Services

AGLC provides company incorporation, MISA investment licensing, business setup, and advisory services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our role is to facilitate and advise you throughout the process.

All government registrations, licenses, and approvals rest with the relevant authorities, including the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the Ministry of Commerce. AGLC does not guarantee the outcome or timing of any government decision, which remains at the sole discretion of the competent authorities.

3. Fee Estimates

The online calculator and any figures shown on this website provide estimates only. They are intended for general guidance and do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, or commitment.

Professional fees are quoted separately in a written proposal or engagement letter. Government and third-party fees are additional and are set by the relevant authorities and service providers, and are subject to change without notice.

Value Added Tax (VAT) applies at the prevailing statutory rate where applicable. Actual costs may differ from any estimate based on your specific circumstances and requirements.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to supply lawful, authentic, and valid documents in support of your application or engagement.

You are responsible for the truthfulness of all information and documents you submit. AGLC is not liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unauthentic information or documents provided by you.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all information and documents you share with us as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of providing the services you request.

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as necessary to perform the services, as required by government authorities, or as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, the AGLC name and wordmark, and software, is the property of AGLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
