These terms govern your use of the AGLC Legal Consultants incorporation platform and services. AGLC facilitates and advises on company incorporation, MISA investment licensing, and business setup in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; government approvals rest with the relevant authorities. Fee figures shown online are estimates only and are not a binding offer; professional fees are quoted separately, government fees are additional, and 15% VAT applies where applicable. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
